Framer has a clean and modern landing page on their website. Framer is like a visual sales funnel builder. At first you get a feeling that it's something professional.
Imagine using Figma to design a sales funnel and in the end you are able to hit publish, this is what their editor looks like.
You can simply design a landing page and at the same time it displays how it visually would appear on the mobile and desktop version. They have prebuilt visuals and graphics that you can drag and drop. They have all the features needed to build a simple landing page.
Once you start looking into their features you notice it lacks some of the sales funnel tools that other software companies offer.

We actually know the founder of LightFunnels, they are amazing people. We personally don't use Lightfunnels on a regular basis but tried it out to be able to get our own experience.
Using their editor you get the Shopify vibe. It's a good tool for selling products online and offers an easy way to design your online shop however you like and then add down- and upsells to it.
Main focus with LightFunnels is for selling is physical and informational products. The online store is set up and ready for launch in a short time.

KickPages already have a few years in the funnel space. Their website is looking clean and it's a common choice between funnel builders.
What makes KickPages stand out is their speed when building sales funnels. They have prebuilt modules that allows you to build a sales funnel real quick by selecting a few modules you wanna use (To the left in the picture below) and you can see in real time what it will look like (To the right in the picture below).

We know the people behind Systeme.. Again great team behind their platform. We don't use them on a daily basis but could blow up into something big with their hard work.
They actually offer a free plan for life! It sure does make it easy for beginners or start ups to build their first funnel. You can literally set up a sales funnel or two with 15 steps and in the end launch your course or blog upsell them on.

5. ClickFunnels 2.0
ClickFunnels really stand out based on all the features that will be available in the new ClickFunnels 2.0. There was some frustration from the community since it was delayed and not much information was coming out once the release was postponed.
The editor is simple, fun and fast for building sales funnels. With the release earlier in 2022 Clickfunnels now is the funnel platform that have it all... Almost.
You are now able to build courses inside Click funnels which we earlier (and still haven't managed to move) managed inside course platforms like Kajabi. More features are the blog module, eCommerce, membership sites, CRM and email marketing.
Besides their great editor and a delayed launch, ClickFunnels still has a great team behind with Russell Brunson still in the game. Clickfunnels is good for creating sales funnels and is turning from good in funnels to great in the entire marketplace.

Very focused on developing their platform and have achieved great results.
What makes Simvoly stand out is their white label offer for the funnel platform - Meaning you can sell and use their services under your own brand. Not very relevant for most people but still interesting for people who wanna go one step further.
Simvoly includes all the main features needed and is a good options for sales funnels.

Samcart covers the essentials for funnel builders. Their website is clean, their editor looks good on paper and overall an okay platform.
Once you start using it, it gives you vibes of being cheap or clunky (?). It's a bit old school or maybe it's just really high standards in the funnel space which makes it easy to spot room for improvements.
Based on their high prices in comparison to the other funnel building platforms, you would expect there to be something really extra but based on our time using it, there isn't!

HighLevel has gained some momentum lately and is an interesting alternative for many people. Highlevel has a lot of features and also adds on bunch of other interesting options.

9. Kajabi
Good old Kajabi has been here a long time and we've been using it for hosting our online course - Although we are thinking about turning to another platform.
Kajabi relatively recently added their funnel- or website builder to their features and that's why we don't really like using it yet. It's not really the best editor to use but time will tell if they turn it around with some time and hard work.

10. Kartra
Kartra has a long way to go before they reach their competitors on their funnel builder software. Their landing page looks like a 1999 marketing campaign - really not the best option. Same here, time will tell if they have any future in the funnel space.
11. GrooveFunnels
GrooveFunnels did the design part better than Kartra but fails on functionality. Software is sensitive for the users and the reviews and comments on GrooveFunnels conclude that there are glitches occuring and people are leaving the platform. No more time put on reviewing GrooveFunnels.
Summary
There a lot of good options on the market and especially for someone starting out. There are plans for just under $20/month or even free ones.
We do recommend using GoHighLevel or Funnels.so for building funnels as they are developing at a face pace and covers everything you need at a reasonable cost!
